很多开关和断路器等电力传输和配电设备使用六氟化硫(SF6)作为绝缘气体,以防止关闭开关时产生电弧,保护设备免出故障。Vaisala DPT145 的直接标准化压力测试功能能够立即发现任何漏电现象,而其在线露点检测功能则能够针对潮气问题提供早期警告。潮气能够影响绝缘气体的绝缘性能并使故障机率快速升高。
Vaisala DPT145 是目前市场上唯一一种能够在线同时监控7种参数的电力传送设备。该设备可以直接检测露点、压力和温度,并计算浓度、标准化压力、常压下露点值和PPM值。
由于用一个设备即可监控7种不同参数,线路系统所需的机械连接更少,漏电的可能性也更小了。因为投资更低,安装成本更少,现场维护需求更少等原因,该设备可全面节省费用,降低消耗。
更重要的是,其出色的长期稳定性保证了该设备能够年复一年提供可靠的高质量检测服务,无须维护校对。另外,由于无须现场取样检测,所以 SF6 气体不会泄露到空气中,因此在线监控方式也具环保效应。
